He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann DeMario; and his son Jeffrey DeMario. He is survived by: his children, Virgil F. DeMario (Meg) and Deborah Ocot (Nathaniel); his grandchildren, Brielle John (George), Taylor Hoitsma (Donald Scott), Nathaniel Ocot (Jenna), Virgil Kevin DeMario and Katherine DeMario; his great grandchildren, Gideon and Colden; and his sisters, Joy Ralston and Eileen Brodsky.
