He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Faltz and Otto Faltz; and his siblings, Gary Faltz and Nancy Messal. He is survived by: his children, Christine Jordan and Tom Faltz, Jr.; his children-in-law, Joe and Stacie; his grandchildren, Kristen and Ryan; and his brothers, Bob Johnson, Mike Woznick, Jim Holton and Mike DeMarco.
