She is survived by: her mother Maryrose White (Nemecek) of Manchester, NJ; her sons, Joe of Bernardsville, NJ, Mike Andy and William of Palm Coast, FL; her husband Doug Sisk of Palm Coast, FL; her brothers, Ken White (Kristen) of Basking Ridge, NJ and Rich White (Jennifer) of Chatham, NJ; her brother-in-law Dave Sisk of Earlsville, MD; her sister Carolyn White of Bedminster, NJ; her sister-in-law Sharon Swanson of Columbus, OH; and her nieces and nephews, Gabby White, Libby White, Jessica Swanson, Alex White and Drew Swanson.
Memorial donations may be made in Susan's name to the Flagler Humane Society, St. Jude Children's hospital, or Autism Speaks.
