She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Richner and Hazel Richner; her husband Paul H. Neff; and her siblings, Ralph, Doyle, Harold, Norman, Walt, Don, Cecelia Sheasley, Beryl Lyons, Marilyn Boone and Cora Fryer.
She is survived by: her children, Corine Neff (Chris Petriccione) of Connecticut, Zena Neff (Thomas Powell) and John Neff (Laureen); her grandchildren, Christian John (CJ), Matthew Paul and Brenden Daniel; and her siblings, Dora Lucas, Sharon Richner, Herbert (Nancy), Neil (Betty) and Ben (Pat). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
