He was predeceased by: his son Michael A. Duda. He is survived by: his wife Marie E. Duda; and his children, John H. Duda II (Sandy), James Duda (Judy), Richard A. Duda and Stephanie M. Perry. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and many other extended family.
