He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Christine of Washington; his wife Jennifer Payne; his children, Ianta of Washington, Dr. Dwayne of Washington and Reginald of Washington; his sister Evelyn Thomas; and his cousin Vincent of Washington. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
