He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Marjorie; and his brother Tommy Kirtley. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Travis Kirtley (Summer), Stacey Dubois (Todd), Tommy Kirtley, Kristy Ramadan (Imad) and Richard Dobson (Jessica); and his brother William Kirtley (Carney). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
