He was predeceased by: his parents, Vitantonio Boccuzzi and Domenica Boccuzzi; and his siblings, Concetta Coppola, Mariandonia DiBlasi and Elio Boccuzzi.

He is survived by: his wife Isabella Boccuzzi; his daughters, Anna Barker (David), Dora Grayeski (John) and Linda Quintanilla (Henry); his siblings, Olimpia Melchionno (Bart) and Sabino Boccuzzi (Denise); and his grandchildren, Quintin Barker, Julianna Barker, Tyler Grayeski, Ruby Grayeski, Henry Quintanilla Jr., Samantha Quintanilla and Khloe Quintanilla.
