He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia and Maurice. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Levine and Victoria Levine Gold; his wife Susan; his children, Jill Levine Hechtman, Karen Levine Mallin (Jonathan Mallin), Shana Perlmutter Levine and Jonah Maurice Levine (Hannah Levine); and his grandchildren, Sadie, Emma, Josephine, Benjamin, Jacob, Abigail and Miriam.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 2713 Bayshore Blvd, Tampa, FL 33629.
