It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Houser Neff of Palm Coast, Florida, who passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Houser and Elizabeth Neff; and his siblings, Russell, Philip, H. Dean Neff, Helen Heckert (Kate), Minerva Tate (Nerm), Janet Irwin (Jen) and Kathleen Klostermeyer (Ceil).
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Neff; his children, Corine Neff (Chris Petriccione) of Connecticut, Zena Neff (Thomas Powell) of Florida and John Neff (Laureen); his grandchildren, Christian John (CJ), Matthew Paul and Brenden Daniel of Florida; and his brother-in-law Richard Klostermeyer of Nebraska. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
