He was predeceased by: his parents, Mariano Moniz and Victoria Peixoto; and his siblings, Isaura Amaral, Antonio Moniz, Joao De Melo and Edwardo De Melo.
He is survived by: his wife Olga De Melo; his children, Debra Rebello (Derrick), Kelly Rodriguez (Hermes) and Norbert De Melo; his brothers, Jose De Melo, Danny Moniz and Dinis Melo; his grandchildren, Emma Rebello, Ethan Rebello, Quinn De Melo, Javier Rodriguez and Khizaiah Rodriguez; and his great grandchild Penelope De Melo.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations (39 Old Kings Rd N, Palm Coast, FL 32137). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Flagler Memorial Gardens (511 Old Kings Rd S, Flagler Beach, FL 32136).
