She was predeceased by: her parent Pacifico Lozano; her brother Benjamin Lozano; and her grandson Paul Edward Clark. She is survived by: her husband Felipe E. Balingit of Palm Coast, FL; her daughter Ana Marie; her son-in-law Mark Wines of Rockville, Maryland; her grandchildren, Emily Munoz (Joseph), Olivia Wines Virani (Piyush) and Philip Andrew Wines; and her great grandchildren, Linda and Rohan. She is also survived by many other extended family & friends.
