She was predeceased by: her father Stoner Frank Smith; and her husband Frank Phillip Neigel Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Frank Neigel Jr. (Elinore), Kimberly Gray (Michael) and Richard Neigel (Elizabeth); and her grandchildren, Nicole Neigel, Jessica Neigel, Kaitlyn Gray and Justin Gray. She is also survived by 8 siblings, her family, friends.
