He is survived by: his wife Agnese Spicer; his children, Kate Spicer, Robyn Boles (Spicer) and Jacob Spicer; his granddaughters, Cecilia and Sophia Boles; and his siblings, Susan Spicer Broyles, Donna Spicer Maynard, Nancy Spicer Tucker and Kevin Spicer.
