She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Busch and Margaret Busch (Ford); her siblings, Joseph Busch and Marie McKnight (Joseph Woodward); her son Joseph Woodward; her grandson Paul Woodward; her great grandchild Kourtney McKenzie Garcia (Al's); and also Barbara.
She is survived by: her husband Al Smith; her children, Thomas Woodward (Jeanne), Paul Woodward (Dalia), Beth Blackwell (Mike) and Meg Kraft (Steve); her daughter-in-law Midge Franco; her grandchildren, Tracy, Peg, Joseph, Jacob, Diane, T. W., David, Vanessa, Nathanael, Benjamin, Julianna, Kayla and Stephen; her stepson David Smith; and her stepgranddaughter Diane Nameth.
