She is survived by: her significant other David; her sisters, Donna J. Leban (Alden Harwood) of Burlington, Vermont and Janice M. Gearhart (Mark) of Tampa, Florida; her daughter Allison J. Grkman (Michael) of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania; and her grandsons, Luka and Niko. She is also survived by two aunts, 14 cousins, and many coworkers, and friends.
