She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnestine Bailey (Amburgey) and Homer Bailey; her son Frederick Dwain; her siblings, Emmett Morrislee Bailey, Launa Joyce Edwards Bryant and Loretta Hope Blankenship; her son-in-law Bruce Todd Jr.; and her great grandchild David Drew Austin.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer; her daughters, Lynn Todd of Central, IN and Pam Smith (James); her daughter-in-law Lynne Sykes of St. Augustine, FL; and her grandchildren, Holly Austin, Bruce Todd (Stephanie), Dawn Lincks, Jay Smith (Maria), Melissa Sykes and Shelby Eminisor (Adam). She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
