We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2025, at the age of 84, Joyce Christine Shields of Palm Coast, Florida, born in Bryant, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Shields; her parents, Buck Rile and Francis Smith; and her siblings, Rilene Smith, Joe Edward Smith, Bob Smith, Bill Smith, Jimmy Smith, Jerry Smith and Terry Smith.
She is survived by: her son Timothy Shields (Lori); her grandchildren, Nick Shields (Samantha), Lance Shields and Zach Cockrell (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Charleigh, Thomas Shields, Peyton and Ella Cockrell; and her sister Glenda Wood. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Poplar Springs Cemetery.
