It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jill Parsons of Palm Coast, Florida, born in Hancock, New York, who passed away on June 28, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Parsons (Dutch) and Elda Parsons; her siblings, Betty Aylward, Leland Parsons (Bubby), Laura Bush (Beanie), Ernest Parsons (Butch), Ralph Parsons, Mary Decker and Gary Parsons; and the father of her children Harold Miller (Birdman).
She is survived by: her siblings, Matriarch Margaret Rahl, Elda Parsons, Barbara Decker and Jack Parsons; her children, Charles Miller and Rachael Jones; her son-in-law David Jones; and her grandson David Jones.
