We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2024, at the age of 68, Jack Montelbano of Palm Coast, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sabestina Montelbano and Michael Montelbano. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Montelbano; his siblings, Bridget Kastanek, Michael Montelbano and Richard Montelbano; his stepdaughters, Heather Marie Flynn and Laura Ashley Bonett; and his stepgranddaughter Skylar Rae Manto. He is also survived by extended family members & friends.
