We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2023, at the age of 90, Howard Merrill Franklin of Palm Coast, Florida, born in Gladstone, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey E. Franklin and Millicent Morin Franklin; and his sister Shirley Tremel of Loveland, CO.. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Franklin of Palm Coast; his children, Dewey Franklin of Palm Coast, Deborah Franklin Furse of Australia and Carol Hill (Andrew) of Palm Coast; and his grandchildren, Aurora Franklin, Kyle Hill, Lewis Hill, Joshua Hill and Aaron Hill.
In lieu of flowers, it was Howard's wish that memorial contributions be sent to Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Road, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
