He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Botelho Jr. and Margaret Botelho (Silvia); and his son Craig Botelho of Winter Springs. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Botelho (DeAscentis); his sister-in-law Judith Botting of Colorado Springs, CO; his niece Marissa Bryan (Christian); his great-nephew Austin; his great-niece Charlotte of Cincinnati; and his nephew Adam Botting (Alejandra) of Littleton, Colorado..
