It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Neva Pickett in Palm Coast, Florida, born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Barrett and Mary Barrett; and her sister Mary Josephine. She is survived by: her son Chris (Billiken); her husband Ronald; her son Anthony (Tiffani); her grandchildren, Lily, Lucy, Lincoln, Robbie and Becca; and her siblings, Judy (Fred) and John. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation to continue research to try and eradicate this insidious disease.
