It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Egleston of Palm Coast, Florida, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Mary 'June' (Greene). He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny"; his daughters, Cristina Walter and Gwendolyn Eilers; his stepchildren, Cheryl Vandewater and Christopher Knorr; his grandchildren, Allyson, Nicholas Henson, Shelby Southward, Sarah Gay, Andrew and Ethan Vandewater; his great grandchildren, Bella Dunavent and Rosalie Southward; his brother Jerry Egleston; his aunt Audrey Wynn; and his uncle John Egleston. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
