She was predeceased by: her husband Captain Jack Blonsick. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Hersh (Paul McKune), Donna Kuhl (Gary) and John Blonsick (Sonia); her grandchildren, Greg, Stephen Hersh, Jonathan Kuhl, Ashley Blonsick and Nicole Stearns; and her great grandchildren, Calvin, Russell, Eliza Hersh and Jackson Stearns.
She was a two-time cancer survivor and donated regularly to the American Cancer Society.
