Elsie Hoover Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Hoover (Palm Coast, Florida), born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 3, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus Kiscadden and Mabel E. Zeller Horst; and her siblings, Ann Kiscadden Balyeat Knauss and Eugene Kiscadden. She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Hoover; her children, Carol Scarfo of Downingtown, PA, Patricia Neilson of Allen and Richard C. Hoover (Joanne) of High Point, NC; her grandchildren, Tracy Schaaf (George) of Wylie, TX, Gunny Scarfo and David Cutillo; and her great grandchildren, Aldrin Scarfo and Leah Cutillo. She is also survived by her three children.
