She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille B. Perry (Rowe) and Richard V. Perry. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Perry of Palm Coast; her children, Maryellen (Edward Gigliotti) of Oak Hill, FL, Robert Lezynski of Eustis, FL and Michael Lezynski of Palm Coast, FL.; her grandchildren, Joshua Gigliotti (Vanessa), James Gigliotti (Alyssa), Haley Lezynski, Devon Ilges (Lacey Hashley), Leah Perry, Alycia Hester-Dilone, Daniel Daly, Michael Lezynski (Melissa), Kaila Trevino (Dominic), Elisabeth Lewis and Hannah Lezynski; her great grandchildren, Ava, Michael Gigliotti, Caleb Chen, Zoe Khan, Rafael Dilone, Lilliannie Daly and Ezekiel Trevino; her sister Geraldine "Gerry" Throckmorton; her sister-in-law Susan Miller (Don); her sisters, Lucielle Kolodzik and Joan Sadoway; her son Joseph Lezynski; her grandsons, Andrew and Matthew Lezynski; her nephew Jamie Sawyer; her parents-in-law, Arthur Sr. and Leah Perry; and her brothers-in-law, John Sadoway and Emil Rogell Throckmorton. She is also survived by extended family, cousins, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, in memory of Ellen's generous spirit and the way she touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
