She was predeceased by: her children, Karin Anne Kogstad of Nashua, NH, Rolf Erik Kogstad of Westport, CT and John Andrew Kogstad of Bristol, CT. She is survived by: her daughter Kirsten Mitchell (Michael) of Palm Coast, FL; and her grandsons, Tyler Mitchell of Panama City, FL, Cody Mitchell of Oviedo, FL, Ryan (Meghan), Joshua Kogstad of Philadelphia, PA and Alexander Kogstad (Daniel Kogstad) of Littleton, CO.
Donations can be made in her memory to the Stuart F. Meyers Hospice Center in Flagler County, who so lovingly supported and cared for her and her family in her final days.
