It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Carres of Palm Coast, Florida, born in Saratoga Springs, New York, who passed away on May 20, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Beth and Shaun; her brothers, Michael and Mark; her husband Jon Carres; and her children, Timothy (Tiffany Carres), Megan (Victor Prieto), Bridget (Nicholas Newsum), Caitlin (Joshua Hall), Shannon Carres and Nicholas Carres. She was also cherished by her friends as Beth and to her 15 grandchildren, affectionately as, "Nanny".
In keeping with Beth's love and devotion to Our Lady, in lieu of flowers, donations to honor her memory may be made to the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche Annual Appeal.
