He was predeceased by: his parents, William David Lewis and Marion Lewis (Rimsite); and his siblings, William Lewis and Marianne Carberry. He is survived by: his sister Madeline Horchak; his wife Donna Lewis; his children, Jennifer Peterman (James), David Lewis Jr. (Tatiana), Stephanie Lamberti (Giuseppe) and Melissa Engelhardt (Roger); and his grandchildren, Jimmy, Jack, Jessica, Jillian Peterman, Lucas Monte Alto, Luca Lamberti and Amber Engelhardt.
