He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ensminger and Loretta Ensminger; his wives, Jacqualine, Genevieve and Jeanne; his siblings, Clarence, Raymond, Gayle, Joletta and Laverne; and his son John.
He is survived by: his siblings, Eileen and Frank; his daughters, Debra Kuester (Kurt), Karen White (Newton) and Lisa Huff; and his stepsons, Danny Schmidt (Jennifer) and Michael Schmidt (Sue). He is also survived by nine grand-children.
