He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Belk and Mary Belk; and his siblings, Charlene Anastasio and Donald Belk. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter Rebecca Bell (Andrew); his grandson Jackson Bell; his stepson Christopher Dorrin; and his sister Mary Wood (Marshall). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
