He is survived by: his children, Joseph Modica (Candy), Rosemarie Modica and Wilson (Douglas); his grandchildren, Irene (Jay), Jeanette (John), John, Luke (Toni Ann), Billy (Leah), Charles (Danielle), Kristy and Robert; his great grandchildren, Matthew (Dareyla), Ryan, John, Alyssa, Nicole, Victoria, Avada, Sparroe, Elliana and Nolan; his great great grandchildren, Oliver and Layla; his sister Martha Poli Gussie (Anthony); and his sister-in-law Cathy Modica.
