He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose H. Pena and Gladys J. Sliker (Paula). He is survived by: his sons, Arthur Pena Jr., Nelson Pena and Michael Pena; his grandchildren, Cole, Alianny, Logan, Cain and Lexi; his sister Gladys Romero; his niece Jennifer Romero; his great-nephew Joshua; and his niece Victoria.
A memorial celebration of Mr. Pena's life will be held at the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park, 11 Magnolia Ave, Saint Augustine, FL 32084, on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 6:00 p.m.
