He was predeceased by: his wife Mary T. Cutillo; and his great grandchild Makenzie. He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Hooke (Andrew Hooke) and Jean M. Kuchenbrod (Joe Kuchenbrod); his grandchildren, Christopher Hooke, Jessica Palmer (Chuck Palmer), Bryan Hooke (Kristie Hooke), Joseph Kuchenbrod (Victoria Kuchenbrod) and Angelina Whitby (Brian Whitby); and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Elizabeth, Harper, Chas, Henry, Emily of Avery, JAK, Phillip and Mary.
The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Palm Coast, Florida.
