He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Risden Pennill and Jessie Pennill; his wife Delores Ray Matthew; his daughter Marie Luz; his siblings, Milton, Franklin, Leanox and Cristobel; his grandchildren, Bryan Pennill of Norfolk, VA, Ryan Pennill of Norfolk, VA, Amanda Neely (Joe) of Woodbridge, VA, Courtney Pennill-Farrow (Kenneth) of Virginia Beach, VA, Kiara Smith of Greensboro, NC, Jodie Ann Major, Nassau, Karysa Ashford of Cleveland, OH, Hailey Pennill of Detroit, MI and Lauren Pennill of Detroit, MI; and his siblings, Norma Otley, Telecia Pennill Olfonse of Cleveland, OH and Edmond Pennill.
