He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Kellogg (Young); his children, Kory Kellogg (Susan) of Plano, TX, Kelli Welch (Jeremy) of Haslet, TX and Carter Kellogg of Palm City, FL; his siblings, Karen Nolan (Tom) of Canton and Bruce Kellogg (Linda) of Malvern; his grandchildren, Hayley Nickens (Keith), Britton Welch and Wesley Kellogg; and his great grandchildren, Asher and Cooper Nickens.
