She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Stevenson, and Ray Stevenson, Jr.; and her brother Ray Stevenson III. She is survived by: her significant other David Dew; and her son Robert Putnam (Carol). She is also survived by four grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Judy kept her appointment with her God on April 15, 2024 after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
