He is survived by: his wife Elise (Fitzgerald) of Palm City; his sister Rebecca Lynn Buxbaum Purvis (Brian) of Memphis, Tenn.; his daughter Laura Ann Gullicksen (Cumming); his grandchildren, Riley Wayne Slaughter, Reece Logan Slaughter, Dillon Alexander Knight, Madison Elise Knight, Josephine Claire Knight, Audrey Caroline Knight, Emerson Robert Knight, Emily Nicole Hicks Ferri (Zack), Tyler Loren Hicks, Jack Preston Hicks, Mira Evette Shaffer and Madison Elizabeth Rymer (Patrick); his great grandchild Jax Michael Ferri; and his daughter Jennifer.
