She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. D. J. Holland and Zella Holland (Kinser); her former husband Dr. C. Jackson Salisbury; and her brother Henry. She is survived by: her children, Creggie Salisbury Henderson and Andrew J. Salisbury II (Mona) of Palm City; her grandchildren, Andrew J. Salisbury III of Jensen Beach and Grace Salisbury Grindler (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Rebecca, Jack and Charlotte Grindler of Palm City; her niece Helen H. Schmidt of Bellingham; her nephew James Holland (Sally) of Bloomington; her husband Carl R. Gross (Jim); and her brothers, William, Robert and John. She is also survived by 3 great nephews.
