He is survived by: his son Zachary Crews; his parents, Karen Schultz (Kenny) and Rickey Crews (Jerri); his brothers, Marshall (Michelle) and Phillip; and his grandmother Rebecca Mae Crews. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and great nephew.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations, in loving memory of Craig, be made to the American Diabetes Association.
