She is survived by: her husband Mervyn J. Platt; her children, Julia Platt Herzberg (Horacio) of Manhattan, Marc Platt of Palm Beach and Lawrence J. Platt (Carrie) of Providence; her grandchild Michael Platt; her mother Eva Janele of Vienna; her great grandchildren, James Herzberg, Kate Herzberg and Alexandre Agneessens; and also, Nicolas Platt, Charlotte Platt of Providence and Jane Eckert Balman of Colby.
