He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette Kalisky Milstein and Leon Milstein; and his wife Lila Milstein. He is survived by: his sons, Ken Milstein (Kerry) and Joshua Milstein (Amanda); and his granddaughter Hannah Milstein.
