Sims of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, born in Laurel, Mississippi, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband David Sims; her parents, Hinkle Thomas and Estelle Thomas; and her sister Janice Van Humbeeck. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Sims (Patricia), Gregory Sims (Janet) and Susan Sims; her grandchildren, David, Stephanie, Eric, Robert and Teddy; and her pet Daisy Mae. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
