He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bucky" Holsten and Mae Holsten; and his sister Dorothy Collins (Helen Holsten). He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, John Holsten (Jodi) and William Holsten, II; his grandchildren, John, Curt, Erik, Kyle, Jennifer Maddaloni (Andrew), William III (Alison) and Alison Flick; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Lilly, Jake, Alexandra, Paige, Brooke, Maeve and Jack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
