He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Melba Garrett Marks; his children, Kent (Cheryl), Steve, John (Kim) and Julie Shinn (Bobby); his parents, James T. Marks and Ormeda Marks (Moore); his grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica Huffman, Casey, Brandon, Meghan, Ryan Shinn, Ian, Dylan Shinn and Bella; and his siblings, Jack (Lenore), Jimmy (Sylvia), Betty Anderson (Paul) and Gene (Eula) of Ohio. He was also cherished by 10 great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
