She is survived by: her mother Mary Hnatew (Urban); her children, Stephen (Marilyn), Cindy and Janice; her nieces, Corinne (Aston), Debbie, Kathy, Susan and Lorraine; her grandson Thomas; and her caregivers, Pat, Denise and Francine.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dorothy's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Kidney Fund.
