She was predeceased by: her husband Michael O'Rourke. She is survived by: her sons, Michael, Thomas and Patrick; and her sister Genevieve Arroyo of Florida.

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Foundation and Calvary Hospice.
