It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles McClellan Clarke of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazard McClellan Clarke and Anne Carey Thomas; his wife Elizabeth J. Clarke (Betty); his brother Joseph Clarke; and his son Michael Clarke.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Clarke (Donald Warfield) of Woodbine, MD, Thomas Clarke (Beth) and Terry Murphy (Charles) of Southbury, CT; his brother Franchard Michael Clarke of North Haven, CT.; his granddaughters, Kelly Clarke Snyder (Michael), Robin Ridgway Anglin (Sean), Kara Clarke (Jennifer) and Olivia Coseo Mansfield (Thomas); and his great grandchildren, Gracen, Palmer, Sydney, Cora, Charlotte, Bowen and Max.
