He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Shipp and Lena Shipp of Rock Springs, Georgia.; his siblings, Sidney, Melvin, Easton and Doris Price; his wife Vivian; his children, Michael (Rick) and Karon; and his grandchildren, Nicol, Suzanne, Katie, Taylor, Lauren, Josh and Nick.
